After Processing: If your order has already been processed and is on its way to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. However, once the product arrives, you can return it by referring to our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes: If there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us within the 12-hour window to update the information. After this time, we may not be able to modify your shipping details.
Product Changes: If you wish to change the product (e.g., switch from one size to another), we suggest canceling the original order and placing a new one within the 12-hour window.
Please note that once your order has been processed and is in transit, we cannot make changes to the items in your order.
